The Reconnection Room: why your body still feels weak, and what to do next.
A free 90 minute masterclass for C-section birth moms, 6 weeks to 6 years out. Understand why you still don't feel like yourself, get your next step, and skip another workout program that doesn't work.
Taught by Chedza Mudongo · Girls Gone Strong Certified Prenatal & Postnatal Coach
Let's be honest
You went to your checkup and got cleared. But every time you lift, bend or carry, your body still holds back, like it's protecting you from getting hurt.
Your body feels weak. You try to engage your core and it just won't fire. Your scar is tight or itchy, and maybe you haven't touched it since your C-section.
The part nobody talks about
It's the workouts you start and quietly stop. It's Googling your symptoms at midnight. It's looking away from your stomach in the mirror, again.
Then the self-blame creeps in. Maybe you're being dramatic. Maybe you should be further along by now.
Here's what nobody told you. "Cleared" is a medical checkbox. It checks your incision, not whether your nervous system feels safe.
That's not weakness. That's an unanswered question.
If nothing changes
Another year of back pain you've stopped mentioning. Another program that leaves you more tired, not stronger.
Your kids keep growing, and you keep holding back from moments you want to be fully in. You didn't come this far to just get through it.
Introducing
A free 90 minute live masterclass that treats your recovery as a nervous system problem, not a fitness problem. Because a nervous system can be taught to feel safe again.
What we're covering
Why the belief that your body is just "this way now" isn't true.
Why guarding isn't a flaw. It's an unfinished step in healing.
Why it's not too late, even years postpartum.
Here's what you get
You're not the only one
"I don't feel 100 percent. Lower back pain, and sometimes I feel like the scar hasn't healed fully."
"I feel guilty because it was an elective C-section. I wonder if it would be better if I'd had a vaginal delivery."
"The worst part was that I wasn't aware of anything about a C-section or what happens soon after."
Imagine this · November 3rd
You close your laptop and, for the first time in a long time, you understand your body.
The self-blame gets quieter. You know why you've been guarding, and you know your next step. And that step feels safe.
"I've done lots of work and I still don't feel my best. We're told recovery is faster, so what's wrong with us when it takes longer?"
Nothing is wrong with you. There's no expiry date on healing, whether it's been 1 year or 10. Your body learns safety when it's shown safety, not on a timeline.
Who's teaching this
If you want another 30 day challenge, I'm not your coach. If you're ready to stop guarding and start trusting your body, welcome home.
I had a traumatic C-section, was cleared at my checkup and still felt disconnected from my body. Years before, I'd recovered from anorexia, and this was different and harder.
Today I can touch my scar without flinching and talk about my birth without overwhelm. I'm a Girls Gone Strong Certified Prenatal and Postnatal Coach, and I teach what actually worked.
Yes. No card needed to register.
If you've had your clearance, this is a great time. We start with your nervous system and breath, not heavy lifting.
No. That's exactly what Lesson 3 is about.
Yes. Planned or unplanned, it's major surgery. You don't owe anyone guilt for how your baby arrived.
Come live if you can. That's where the Q&A happens, and the live-only bonus is just for moms who stay until the end.
At the end, I'll share how to keep working with me inside Woven, if it's a fit. If it's not, you still leave with everything you need to start today.
No. This is coaching and education. Keep your care providers in the loop.
An honest note
90 minutes won't undo everything your body has been through.
But you'll leave knowing why your body still feels weak, and that it's not your fault. You'll also know your next step, and it will feel safe.
At the end, I'll share how to keep working with me inside Woven, my coaching community. If it's not for you, you still leave with everything you need to start.
P.S. You could spend another year Googling at midnight and wondering if this is just your body now. Or you can give yourself 90 minutes on November 3rd and leave with answers and a safe next step.
